Meet Kip!

Kip is an absolutely adorable Chihuahua possibly mixed with dachshund. Weighing in around 10 pounds, he’s approximately 2 years old and just as sweet as can be. We found him in a small shelter in the middle of the California desert where he had a notation that he “does not like to be picked up.” That turned out to not be true. He’s fine being picked up and he loves to snuggle and give kisses. And he has the cutest little underbite.

Kip is such an easy little guy to have around and he’s pretty smart. Within just a couple of days, he found and mastered the dog door in his foster home. Kip is being fostered in a home with other dogs and does well as long as they respect his space. In fact, the resident little dog and Kip have become best buddies. Housetrained, crate-trained, neutered, microchipped, up-to-date on his vaccines and fairly quiet for a little dog, Kip will fit well into any home.
